Le/La Coordonnateur(trice) en acquisition de talents soutient l'equipe tout au long du cycle complet de recrutement pour les postes horaires et administratifs. Il ou elle veille au bon deroulement des operations d'embauche, participe a des projets de recrutement et offre un soutien administratif a l'equipe des ressources humaines.
Principales responsabilites
Rechercher, preselectionner et planifier des entrevues pour les postes horaires et administratifs.
Coordonner les entrevues avec les gestionnaires d'embauche et assister aux entrevues en personne.
Gerer les affichages de postes, les programmes de referencement et assurer l'exactitude du site carriere.
Maintenir a jour les dossiers des candidats dans l'ATS et assurer le suivi des verifications prealables a l'emploi.
Faciliter l'integration des nouveaux employes en s'assurant de la completion des documents et de la conformite.
Generer des rapports d'embauche, soutenir les projets de dotation et assister aux reunions RH.
Effectuer d'autres taches en ressources humaines, au besoin.
Education
Diplome postsecondaire, de preference en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
Experience
Minimum d'un an d'experience dans un role en acquisition de talents.
Une connaissance des lois canadiennes et quebecoises en matiere d'emploi est un atout.
Logiciels
Maitrise de MS Office et PowerPoint requise. Une connaissance des systemes RHIS ou ATS est un atout.

This position requires an on-site presence.
The
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
supports the team throughout the full recruitment cycle for both hourly and office roles. They ensure smooth hiring operations, assist with recruitment projects, and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Source pre-screen, and schedule interviews for hourly and office roles.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist with in-person interviews.
Manage job postings, referral programs, and ensure career site accuracy.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS and track pre-employment verifications.
Facilitate onboarding, ensuring paperwork and compliance completion.
Generate hiring reports, support staffing projects, and assist HR meetings.
Perform other HR tasks as needed.
Education
Post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
Knowledge of Canadian and Quebec employment laws is preferred.
Software
Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of HRIS or ATS systems is preferred.
