Ce que vous ferez



Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour rediger et mettre a jour les descriptions de poste Mettre en oeuvre et diriger des strategies de sourcing actives pour attirer les meilleurs talents professionnels et industriels Utiliser divers canaux (medias sociaux, salons de l'emploi, reseautage) pour identifier et approcher des candidats potentiels, y compris les talents passifs Promouvoir les opportunites d'emploi via votre reseau professionnel et les plateformes specialisees Gerer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement : preselection des CV, entrevues telephoniques et en personne, coordination du suivi, presentation d'offres Rester a l'affut des tendances et meilleures pratiques en acquisition de talents Adapter les strategies de recrutement selon les besoins specifiques de chaque departement Participer a l'integration des nouveaux employes et veiller a une experience candidat positive Organiser la visibilite de Smardt lors des salons de l'emploi et evenements de recrutement



Profil recherche



Experience pertinente en recrutement, idealement en milieu manufacturier ou en recrutement de volume (environ 3 ans ou experience equivalente) Bilinguisme obligatoire - anglais et francais ou espagnol (oral et ecrit) Excellente maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; 365 est un atout) Experience avec des systemes de billetterie / support client (Freshdesk ou equivalent) Solides competences organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites Orientation client et excellentes aptitudes en communication Esprit d'equipe et approche orientee vers les resultats

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join its dynamic team.

What you'll do




Collaborate with managers to draft and update job descriptions Implement and lead active sourcing strategies to attract top professional and industrial talent Use various channels (social media, job fairs, networking) to identify and approach potential candidates, including passive talent Promote job opportunities through your professional network and specialized platforms Manage the full recruitment process: resume screening, phone and in-person interviews, follow-ups, and offer presentations Stay up to date on trends and best practices in talent acquisition Adapt recruitment strategies according to the specific needs of each department Support the onboarding of new employees and ensure a positive candidate experience Organize Smardt's visibility at job fairs and recruitment events



Profile sought / What we're looking for




Relevant recruitment experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment or high-volume hiring (approximately 3 years or equivalent experience) Mandatory bilingualism - English and French or Spanish (spoken and written) Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook; 365 is an asset) Experience with ticketing/help desk systems (Freshdesk or equivalent) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills Team player with a results-driven approach
