Mandat:




En tant que Specialiste des relations clients, vous serez le point de contact principal pour nos clients, en veillant a ce que leurs besoins soient combles avec professionnalisme, efficacite et attention. Vous gererez les interactions quotidiennes avec les clients, resoudrez les problemes et soutiendrez les operations logistiques tout en etablissant des relations solides et durables favorisant la fidelisation et la satisfaction des clients.

Les responsabilites incluent, mais ne sont pas limitees a :

Developper et maintenir des relations solides et de confiance avec les clients. Servir de point de contact fiable en repondant aux demandes des clients de maniere professionnelle et rapide. Traiter et gerer les commandes, en veillant a ce que les expeditions soient correctement planifiees, ramassees et livrees a temps. Surveiller les comptes clients afin de detecter les risques ou problemes de service et traiter les preoccupations de facon proactive. Collaborer avec les differents departements internes pour assurer une experience de service fluide. Soutenir les equipes des ventes et de gestion de comptes en identifiant des occasions de ventes additionnelles ou croisees. Effectuer toute autre tache assignee visant a soutenir l'experience client globale et l'efficacite operationnelle.

Exigences :




2 a 5 ans d'experience dans un environnement de logistique tierce partie (3PL) ou de transport base sur des actifs. Excellentes competences de communication orale et ecrite en anglais et en francais (bilinguisme requis). Capacite demontree a etablir un bon contact et a maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients et les parties prenantes cles.

Mandate:




As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. You will manage day-to-day client interactions, resolve issues, and support logistics operations while building strong, long-term relationships that foster client retention and satisfaction.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients. Serve as a reliable point of contact by responding to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Process and manage orders, ensuring shipments are accurately scheduled, picked up, and delivered on time. Monitor client accounts for risks or service issues and proactively address concerns. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure a seamless service experience. Support the sales and account management teams by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall client experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:



2-5 years of experience in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) or asset-based transportation environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (bilingual required). Proven ability to build rapport and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
