REPRESENTANT BILINGUE DES RELATIONS CLIENTS

Ambassadeur de la marque, le representant des relations clients est le relais de la strategie de l'entreprise. Il contribue a la croissance de l'entreprise en offrant un service de haute qualite et un accompagnement a nos clients avec la plus grande compassion tout en garantissant l'excellence de la consideration client a travers une solution gagnante pour tous.

QU'EST-CE QUI EST ATTENDU ?




Offrir un service de qualite aux clients du Club Med en resolvant les problemes de service client post-voyage necessitant recherche, reflexion analytique, prise de decision et negociation.

Repondre aux clients et aux villages sur diverses questions liees aux voyages via des communications ecrites et orales. Repondre aux problemes lies aux voyages recus sur les reseaux sociaux tels que Trip Advisor et Twitter. Rechercher, analyser les faits, interpreter la politique de l'entreprise Formuler des decisions, communiquer et negocier avec le client si necessaire. Favoriser la bonne volonte et assurer la satisfaction du client tout en projetant une image d'entreprise positive aupres des agents de voyages et des clients. Maintenir constamment des normes de qualite et pratiques. Effectuer la documentation des dossiers, suivi necessaire pour assurer une execution satisfaisante en temps opportun. Fournir des rapports mensuels. Evaluer les problemes et les tendances, recommander des solutions aux problemes potentiels. Aider a la formation du personnel sur toutes les fonctions liees au service a la clientele. Se tenir au courant de tous les changements dans les politiques, les procedures, les reglements et les offres de produits de l'entreprise. Aider a la mise en oeuvre de ces changements. Accepter les appels de vente et de service selon le volume des appels. Aider aux projets d'appels sortants tels que, mais sans s'y limiter, les FRB, fermetures de village. Travailler en transversal avec d'autres equipes aussi bien internes qu'externes. Participer a des reunions de presentation de villages et autres evenements en projetant une image positive de l'entreprise. Creer une liaison avec les equipes de relations clients a Tempe, France et dans les villages. Gerer et representer Club Med dans les dossiers juridiques aupres de nos avocats et tribunaux.

QUELLES SONT LES COMPETENCES ?



Professionnel a haute energie, axe sur le client, patient et epanoui dans un environnement dynamique. Solides competences en service a la clientele. Fait preuve d'initiative, d'adaptabilite, d'attention aux details et de bon jugement. La maitrise de l'anglais et du francais sont obligatoires dans ce role avec de solides competences en communication verbale et ecrite dans les deux langues etant donne que les clients canadiens peuvent etre francophones ou anglophones. Organise et sachant gerer son temps, capable de gerer plusieurs taches simultanement en autonomie Doit etre disponible pour travailler 40 heures par semaine, flexible pour tout quart de travail entre 9h et 21h du lundi au vendredi et 9h30 et 18h le samedi et le dimanche ; ainsi que les jours feries.

Brand ambassador, the Guest Relations representative is the relay of the company's strategy, contributes to the growth of the company by providing excellent customer service and support to our guest with the utmost compassion and by guaranteeing the excellence of customer consideration through a win-win solution principal.

WHAT IS EXPECTED AS A GUEST RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE?




Provide quality customer service to Club Med guests by responding to and resolving post travel customer service issues requiring research, analytical thinking, decision-making and negotiation.

Respond to customers & resorts on various travel related issues via written and oral communications. Respond to travel related issues received on social media such as Trip Advisor and Twitter. Research, analyze facts, interpret company policy, formulate decision, communicate and negotiate with customer if necessary. Promote goodwill and ensure customer satisfaction while projecting a positive corporate image to resorts, travel agents and guests. Work with minimal supervision and direction. Consistently maintain standards of quality and practices. Perform file documentation and necessary follow-up to ensure satisfactory and timely completion. Provide monthly reports. Monitor and evaluate issues and trends, recommend solutions to potential problem areas. Assist in training and cross training of staff on all customer service-related functions. Remain abreast of all changes in policies, procedures, department regulations and company product offerings. Assist with the implementation of such changes. Accept sales and service calls on rollover as call volume requires. Help with outbound call projects such as but not limited to FRBs, Resort closures. Interface with other departments, internal and external contacts. Participate in resort presentation meetings and other company related events as necessary projecting a positive corporate image. Create a liaison with the Guest Relations teams in Tempe, France and resorts Responsible for managing and representing Club Med in legal files with our lawyers and courts.

WHAT ARE THE SKILLS?



High energy, customer focused professional who is confident and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Strong customer service skills. English and French are mandatory in this role with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages in order to answer to both French and English-speaking Canadian clients. Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and good judgment. Comfortable with multitasking and time management Must be available to work 40 hours weekly, flexible for any shift between 9am and 9pm Monday through Friday, and 9:30am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday; as well as Holidays.
