Job Description
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented
Spa Attendant
to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our spa facilities are always clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. You'll play a key role in maintaining the serene atmosphere our guests expect and assist in delivering an exceptional spa experience.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all spa areas including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation lounges. Restock towels, robes, amenities, and supplies as needed. Support spa therapists and reception staff with guest preparation and scheduling. Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met at all times. Provide basic information about spa services and promote a calm, peaceful environment. Report maintenance or supply issues promptly to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
