Job Summary

The Natural Wellness Associate plays a vital role in promoting health and wellness through effective communication and customer service. This position involves providing nutritional guidance, helping customers select products, and promoting community. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes whole life wellness, and is passionate about helping people feel their best.

MUST

have previous course work or knowledge pertaining to natural health and wellness.

MUST

be available to work weekends AND Sundays.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their health needs and provide tailored advice. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring all areas are clean and stocked. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers feel seen and cared for. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Experience

REQUIREDMust have completed coursework and/or have knowledge relevant to the natural health field. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Is a self starter, but is also able to take direction.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
