The impact you'll make:
Reporting into our Sr. Director, Growth, the Digital & eCommerce Operations Manager is a process-oriented role where you will lead the execution and optimization of Saje's tactical digital go-to-market strategy across email, SMS, our website, etc ensuring seamless campaign launches, impactful content across digital channels, and strong cross-functional alignment. You will drive digital growth through influencer partnerships, operational excellence, and performance reporting, while championing innovation and customer-centric experiences. This is a 13 month fixed term contract covering a Maternity leave.
The ideal person will have strong Project Management skills within a digital team, the ability to analyze historic initiatives and successes to identify opportunities for execution within the team, and be comfortable working in a lean, proactive, highly visible team.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje's culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
What you'll do:
Own management of Digital Go-to-Market process; including tactical digital calendar planning, oversight of digital marketing and eCommerce content briefs, cross-functional communications, and go-live execution process
Manage all digital content calendars; ensuring alignment between Digital, eComm/CX, Brand, Creative and Allocations teams to ensure monthly calendars achieve required revenue performance, and that we have necessary inventory and creative content to support
Support full funnel campaign planning, ensuring all digital campaigns are executed at the right journey stages for the right channels
Create content plan for eCommerce website to support monthly campaigns; ensuring briefs are input and content is live at the right time
Oversee planning and execution of online promotions (including discounted sales and GWP's), ensuring cross-functional partners are aware of upcoming promotions and all are executing as required
Oversee and manage online discount code strategy and execution
Lead Digital & eCommerce team campaign and performance related reporting decks; such as campaign post-mortems and content briefing presentations
Support ad-hoc Digital operations tasks such as new vendor set ups, platform, agency and new marketing channel scoping, etc.
Support department budget tracking, and invoice submission and reconciliation
Strategic oversight and coordination of the performance influencer program to drive top-line revenue, including overseeing macro to micro influencers and owning large-scale partnership relationships
Support all aspects of influencer program maintenance and growth; including delivery of campaign briefs, day to day communications, contract negotiations, gifting and seeding strategy, budget management and KPI reporting
Manage and oversee day to day responsibilities of external digital program agencies, including ensuring they are meeting and exceeding targeted KPI's
Own management of online digital experiences such as shopping quizzes, customer subscriptions, loyalty programs etc.
Forecast, measure and report on digital program results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis (spend, ROAS, revenue, new customer reach etc.)
Support community-centric digital programs as they relate to saje.com/.ca
Work on other duties as assigned. This is an ever-evolving role and adaptability will be the key to success
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined education and experience
Minimum 4 years' direct digital & eCommerce program and operations management experience (influencer, CRM, calendar planning and execution, promotions management, etc.)
Must have experience working internally brand side, with strong cross functional experience built.
Must have managing Digital Projects end to end, ideally within a brand with a multi-product sku count.
Experience overseeing execution, coordination, and detailed process of digital promotions and Go-to-Market calendars, with optimized customer journey experience being the focus of all campaign executions
Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects

The compensation range on average for this position is from
$80,000 - 88,000
annually. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
