Spa Coordinator for the new Klar So Nordic Spa at Elkhorn Resort

The Klar So Nordic Spa is a complement to our existing spa facilities and we are looking for an energetic, friendly, and active individuals who can multi-task, work in a team environment as well as independently. This year-round position is full-time. Evening and weekend availability is a must. Experience in retail and customer service will be taken into consideration, but is not required.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Perform administrative tasks related to spa reception and manager requests; Coordinate and operate the spa robe and towel laundry; Regularly check the spa area for cleanliness, safety and client needs. Inspect the Spa and fix any issues or coordinate with other departments to be fixed; Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management; Assist in training new coordinators and therapists if requested. Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures; Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; Send a request supply to the manager when the stock are in the minimum level to order; Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy; Answer phones and e-mails; Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation; Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments; Make sure that gift shop area and guest areas are in good order and tidy; Good working knowledge of English is required; Other duties as assigned;

Training and a uniform tops will be provided.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
