JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Spa Guest Services Manager, this position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest of The Grotto Spa. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, coordinating appointments, supporting retail sales, and maintaining a clean, organized, and tranquil atmosphere throughout the Spa. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in an renowned spa setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring each visit exceeds expectations.
Coordinate and confirm spa appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide knowledgeable information about spa services, products, and amenities.
Support retail sales by maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays.
Ensure all guest areas, including change rooms, lockers, and relaxation spaces, are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
Process payments and check-outs using the Spa's point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Answer phone inquiries promptly using the Grotto Spa standard greeting.
Maintain awareness of guest schedules and special requests to ensure personalized service.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to uphold the highest service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
