About the Role

As our Spa Coordinator, you are the welcoming face of our spa -- ensuring every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry and thrives in a calm, professional, and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

:

- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism

- Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and rebookings

- Supporting skincare and retail sales with personalized recommendations

- Assisting with product merchandising and inventory

- Performing light cleaning duties (laundry, restocking, tidying treatment rooms)

- Helping set up treatment spaces for our estheticians and therapists

- Maintaining a smooth daily flow in the spa and assisting where needed

Qualifications

- A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness

- Strong product knowledge or passion to learn about makeup and skincare sales

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills

- Professional presentation and attention to detail

- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or retail setting is an asset but not required

Schedule

- Part-time position (approximately 3-4 days per week)

- Tuesday to Saturday availability preferred

- Flexibility during peak seasons and holidays

Compensation

$20-$30 per hour, depending on experience
