Cleopatra's Rituals Wellness Ltd. is a thermal spa in Kelowna, BC. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spa Attendant / Operations Support to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness, care, and hospitality.

This position combines guest support, treatment, treatment setup, cleaning, and late-evening closing operations. The Spa Attendant ensures smooth daily operations by preparing treatment rooms, assisting with body rituals, handling laundry, and maintaining presentation standards across the spa.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and reset treatment and thermal rooms throughout the day Support body rituals and relaxation treatments (training provided) Handle laundry, cleaning, and restocking after spa closure (typically 9 p.m.-12 a.m.) Assist with guest preparation, towels, robes, and product setup Maintain high presentation and sanitation standards Assist team members and managers with inventory and closing operations
Schedule:

30-40 hours per week Day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts Closing operations may extend to 12 a.m.-1 a.m. on select days
Requirements:

Secondary school required Basic training or certificate in body care, massage, or hospitality preferred 2-3 years of spa, health, education, or hospitality experience preferred, as attention to hygiene, safety, and structured operations are essential in maintaining the high standards of our spa environment. Will train English required; Spanish an asset (bilingual team environment) Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working late hours Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods There is no public transportation during the late hours, so must be able to get home safely
Our spa welcomes a diverse and international clientele, including many Spanish-speaking guests. Several of our team members are bilingual, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages helps enhance training, teamwork, and guest comfort. Spanish language skills are considered an asset but are not required.

Do you have certifications and or experience in both areas and can confidently bring these skills to the role? We require the operations work to sometimes go very late past 12:00am, is that okay for you?
