Expert ou experte dans son domaine, le ou la spxc3xa9cialiste du service technique s'occupe de la rxc3xa9paration et du remplacement des xc3xa9quipements xc3xa0 partir de nos bureaux ou en se dxc3xa9plaxc3xa7ant parfois chez nos clients (10% du temps).
Aperxc3xa7u de ton quotidien :

  • Rxc3xa9parer et remplacer le systxc3xa8me et/ou les pxc3xa9riphxc3xa9riques chez nos clients et xc3xa0 l'interne (Pc clxc3xb4ne, Pc Toshiba, xc3xa9cran tactile, pxc3xa9riphxc3xa9rique de POS);
  • Communiquer avec les clients afin de cibler leurs attentes et les aider xc3xa0 rxc3xa9soudre les problxc3xa9matiques techniques rencontrxc3xa9es;
  • Assurer un travail de qualitxc3xa9 selon les normes internes et la satisfaction du client;
  • Offrir une expertise technique lors d'xc3xa9vxc3xa9nements problxc3xa9matiques;
  • Effectuer des dxc3xa9placements xc3xa0 travers la grande rxc3xa9gion de Montrxc3xa9al chez nos clients;
  • Expxc3xa9dier et faire le suivi des pixc3xa8ces envoyxc3xa9es aux clients;
  • Veiller xc3xa0 respecter les dxc3xa9lais de livraison et avertir des retards;
  • Documenter le travail effectuxc3xa9 et utiliser un logiciel de gestion intxc3xa9grxc3xa9.

An expert in his or her field, the technical service specialist takes care of the repair and replacement of equipment from our offices or by sometimes travelling to our customers (10% of the time).
Overview of your day-to-day life:
  • Repair and replace the system and/or peripherals at our customers' premises and internally (clone PC, Toshiba PC, touch screen, POS device);
  • Communicate with clients in order to target their expectations and help them solve the technical problems encountered;
  • Ensure quality work according to internal standards and customer satisfaction;
  • Provide technical expertise during problematic events;
  • Travel throughout the greater Montreal area to visit our clients;
  • Ship and track parts sent to customers;
  • Ensure that delivery deadlines are met and warn of delays;
  • Document the work done and use integrated management software.
