Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety regulations
Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper storage procedures
Ensure all food handling practices meet health and safety standards
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
Lead menu development and innovate new culinary offerings to enhance customer satisfaction
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold restaurant standards
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
Supervising experience with team management capabilities
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures
