We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety regulations Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper storage procedures Ensure all food handling practices meet health and safety standards Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times Lead menu development and innovate new culinary offerings to enhance customer satisfaction Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold restaurant standards

Skills



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management Supervising experience with team management capabilities Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Exceptional skills in food service, hospitality, and customer satisfaction Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently under pressure Knowledge of the food industry trends and culinary techniques Effective communication skills for coordinating with staff and management Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments with a focus on quality control and service excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
