Job Description

Looking for a Sous Chef/Senior line cook to take a leadership role working under our head chef.

The right candidate will exceed working in a team environment and have lots of opportunity for growth and to display creativity.

Experience with pasta's and the grill an asset

Availability to work 4 to 5 shifts a combination of nights, Tuesday to Sunday a requirement

As a Sous Cheff/Senior Cook, you will be instrumental in leading kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your core skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food handling to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests. Your expertise in restaurant and kitchen experience will guide junior staff while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Qualifications



Extensive experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices. Proven ability to deliver high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced environment. Background in food service and kitchen operations. Familiarity with Italian cuisines and dietary restrictions.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
