- Supervise food preparation and cooking activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace Experience: - Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Previous experience in cooking, food handling, and food service
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Familiarity with restaurant management procedures
