ensure that applications are in accordance with company product standards and guidelinesProvide education, coaching, and guidelines to IS practice on the use of enterprise architecture tools, technology, and standardsProvide guidance and expertise on system options, risk, impact and costs vs. benefits analysisChampion the proper use of tools, processes and standards by conducting education, application review and design sessions to reinforce skills and knowledge baselineInfluence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiencesWhat You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:University Degree in computer science or related discipline5+ years technical expertise in System Integration, Web Services, middleware, SOA, ESB, BPM, ITIL, SaaS, COTS, IaaS5+ years experience in application design and architecture, including solid hands-on experience in conceptualization, modelling and designExperience in an environment running multiple platforms, .i.e. mainframe, Unix, Windows, is an assetExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent presentation skills; ability to present information to non-technical audiencesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsBroad understanding of IS management practices and technology issues, including SDLC, infrastructure and application design, development tools, support, project and process managementAbility to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and effective decision-making;
