Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker/ Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults, possess counselling skills, knowledge of therapy protocols and have strong documentation skills.

Must be licensed to practice independently as a Registered Social Worker or RP in Ontario.



Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to survivors of trauma
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Utilize technology to contact clients remotely and in person
- Complete high-quality documentation

-Able to work independently

Skills
- Proficient in counselling protocols and able to provide therapy to clients from diverse cultural background
- Experience working with adults from a racialized background
- Ability to manage cases effectively and perform under tight timelines

- Ability to speak languages such as Bengali or Tamil or Hindi and understand South Asian and African Culture

To work as a contractor with flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
