Monitor social media channels for trends and customer feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and comments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives. Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach. Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce. Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. Strong understanding of Google Advertising and SEO principles. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for staying current with social media trends and best practices.
