Duration: 1+ year contractPartner with global corporate social media lead to implement social strategy and execution of *** Canada social channels, taking a platform-first approach to drive communication and business objectives. Drive content creation and oversee all stages of development: planning, briefing, execution, reviews and approvals, publishing, and analyzing performance. Develop innovative social media campaigns in support of ***\'s strategic priorities that targets current and future top tech talent Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal communications, employer brand, and talent marketing, to align messaging and help ensure consistent brand representation. Leverage social listening and platform insights to drive strategy and content creation based on what\'s being discussed; ability to optimize campaigns and content based on data and learnings. Plug in to appropriate operational mechanisms to bring content from stakeholders to lifeExpert of social media usage, platforms, content, measurement, and paid and organic best practices Minimum 3\xe2\x80\x935 years of experience managing social media for a brand Experience publishing across all major social media platforms for a brand Ability to self-start and manage projects, and make an impact while working in an global, highly matrixed organization.
