Location: 3115 Kennedy Road We are looking for a highly motivated sales associate, and to manage social medias as well as creating flyers. Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as required) including community management for the purpose of increasing post engagement and follower growth
- Write, edit, manage, and schedule social media related content
- Keep current on issues, trends, technologies to implement new initiatives as appropriate
- Other projects/tasks as assigned
- Have basic experience with creative design software, simple video editing, photography, and digital content creation
- Obtaining product and company knowledge to provide customers with reliable information and answers to questions.
- Following up with clients prior to successful sale to provide support and answer questions.
- Showcase the display and product samples.
- Reading and writing Chinese, English
- Some sales or customer service experience.
- Construction or Building Material background preferred.
- Ability and willingness to learn company processes as well as knowledge on other products that Tesco offers.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and support skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and sales aptitudes are favored.
- Data input accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to multitask and willingness to grow in the company.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills, patience, and professionalism.
- 8-12 hour shift
- 4-5 days a week
- French not required
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
