We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our support team! As an ideal candidate, you possess a passion for social media, a solid understanding of various platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ve most likely recently graduated from a relevant post-secondary program and are excited to hit the ground running, utilizing the skills you\xe2\x80\x99ve backed by our amazing support team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to create and execute social media strategies that enhance brand recognition, increase engagement, generate leads, and ultimately convert them into customers.

Here are some of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Assist the marketing team in creating, curating, and publishing engaging social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and respond to customer inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to create social media campaigns that support business objectives.
• Analyze social media data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on social media insights and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
• Contribute to the development of a social media content plan and calendar.

Qualifications

Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you bring to the table:

• Current or recent undergraduate/postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and able to generate new ideas.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
