Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic digital account manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you\'ll develop and oversee the digital marketing strategies of our clients to ensure that their digital goals are met. You\'ll also act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company.

To ensure success as a digital account manager, you should be able to implement complex, detailed digital strategies in an accurate and timely manner. Ultimately, a top-notch digital account manager should be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client\'s digital needs.

Our office is located at Yonge & Sheppard Centre Subway! No need to walk outside from the Subway line.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup, Optimize and Manage Accounts for SEO and Google Paid Ads Campaign
  • Execute display advertising tactics, including keyword research and expansion, ad creation, campaign performance tracking, and audience/placement analysis/recommendations
  • Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns through bid management, keyword analysis, and geo-targeting
  • Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow, intra-, and inter-departmental communication, tracking, and reporting of Web Analyst daily activities; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team
  • Monitoring industry changes and bench-marking against online competitors
  • Establishing a continuous improvement process
  • Designing, directing, and monitoring solutions to acquire and retain users
  • Landing Page Design and Display Ads
  • Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow, intra-, and inter-departmental communication, tracking, and reporting of Web Analyst daily activities; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team
  • Monitoring industry changes and benchmarking against online competitors
  • Establishing a continuous improvement process
  • Designing, directing, and monitoring solutions to acquire and retain users
Qualifications for this position:
  • Superior English and verbal and writing skills without fear of talking to new clients
  • Preferable doing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field ( e.g., Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations)
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is an asset
  • Experience with Google for Work
  • Experience or interest with Google Ads or Facebook Paid Ads
  • Understanding of website traffic and data metrics analysis
  • Google Analytics and Website Management
  • Data-driven performance optimization methodologies
  • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
  • User Interface usability and marketability study
