The Role We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a passionate and creative individual who knows social media like the back of their hand \xe2\x80\x93 all the \xe2\x80\x98ins and outs, as well as how to grow and monitor thriving online communities.In this role, you will provide critical support to our Home Tester Club community by reporting to the Social Media Coordinator, assisting in the growth of our online presence.You will apply your skills to quickly understand the unique voice of the Home Tester Club brand, contributing to an excellent online experience for our community members and helping facilitate conversation among our larger audience.The Brand Power Company The Brand Power Company (a WPP company) is the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading provider of endorsement advertising platforms across television, digital and social, including Brand Power, Medifacts and Home Tester Club. Execute social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, day-to-day activities and creation of content while optimizing and monetizing the brand\xe2\x80\x99s presence on IG, and other relevant social media platforms
Participate in deploying social media initiatives for all allocated markets and relevant campaign launches
Engage with followers and members on various social media platforms and community channels, including answering DMs and comments and proactively flagging opportunities for brand-building responses
Track allocated accounts\xe2\x80\x99 success metrics, contributing to monthly reporting of global accounts
Monitor and research industry trends and culturally relevant moments to push forward social media effort
Ensure there is on-brand messaging across all allocated social media channels
Stay abreast of competitive insights, benchmark and research competitors, and industry leaders in social media
Implement pre-established strategy for social media platforms while continually evolving and adjusting content to meet and/or exceed metrics targets, including but not limited to engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, and site traffic
Qualifications and Experience you will have:
University degree, college diploma or 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
Knowledge of online marketing and strong understanding of social media channels, specifically Instagram
Experience working with social media management tools for publishing and reporting is preferred
Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Excellent consulting, verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
Ability to work well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to navigate, collaborate and influence cross-functional partners
Fluency in English; other languages are an asset
