YOUR MISSION
Contribute to the Customer Journey and Audience Development team goals.
Collaborate on social media strategies focused on audience growth;
Participate with the Social Media Manager on the execution of the content calendar by publishing, writing and editing;
Responsible of the content tagging strategy and upkeep;
Key player of the community management strategy and its on-going evolution;
Lead small scale projects surrounding the implementation of social media tools;
Identify trends and opportunities to interact with other brands, creators and celebrities;
Monitor social conversations during evening and weekends (shared schedule);
Attend events and produce live content on social media.

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications or a related field;
1-3 years of work experience (social media, influencer marketing or content creation);
Expert knowledge of all social networks and passionate of digital technologies;
Experience working with Social Media and Community Management softwares, editing and project management tools, and digital asset managers (Sprout Social, BrandBastion, CapCut, Canva, Monday.com);
Exceptional communication skills: writing, proofreading, and oral/verbal; Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and/or German.
