What you\'ll be doing:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
  • Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, video) to build meaningful customer connections, increase brand awareness and encourage community members to engage with the brand
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, social media best practices and technologies
  • Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with sales, product, other marketing, members, stakeholders to generate engaging social media content
  • Manage production of assets required to deliver on monthly content calendar - work with internal departments to review/approve content (copy and creative)
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
  • Create social media content while working with copywriters, product owners and designers to ensure content is informative yet appealing

What you\'ll need to be successful: Must haves:
  • Minimum of 3 years\' experience in social media
  • Strong business and personal acumen - must actively participate, and demonstrable knowledge of evolving digital communications landscape
  • Exceptional written, digital communication, designing and customer service skills in English
  • Resourceful, hands-on self-starter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented style
  • Passionate user of social media & digital technologies; knowledge of social media best practices (hashtags, UTM\'s, etc.)
  • Self-motived and result-oriented
  • Creative, innovative, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to haves:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Experience working knowledge of Hootsuite, WordPress, Salesforce, Jira or Pardot an asset
