Assistant to CEO / Social Media Coordinator Job description Salary $50,00.00 - $60,000.00 Plus Stock Options In Office Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm - Mississauga (Dundas/Winston Churchill) CEO Eric Skicki is looking for an assistant with a focus on social media, to help streamline his busy life. The right individual will get the unique opportunity to work alongside a CEO with 3+ companies and over 140 employees. The perfect candidate is someone who is coachable and willing to adopt new skills. We are looking for someone who is interested in personal growth and is always on a mission to improve and develop. An interest in health and fitness is a bonus. Eric moves at a fast pace, constantly taking on new tasks and goals so you must be quick on your feet and work well under pressure and in all environments. This position will include many meetings and some travel. You will accompany Eric with his daily activities working at his office in Mississauga, home office in Oakville, or anywhere that his busy life takes him (all expenses paid of course). This position is perfect for an aspiring business professional who would like to learn from an experienced entrepreneur and take advantage of his vast network. --- Real Estate Experience is a strong asset. Personal Assistant (50% of role) Personal Assistant Duties
  • Provide proactive administrative support including liaising with internal and external contacts, to ensure all CEO needs are met.
  • Maintain and monitor the CEO\'s calendar by coordinating appointments, conferences and meetings and facilitate prioritized response to matters requiring immediate attention.
  • Receive, screen, and direct all inbound telephone calls, e-mails, and visitors as required and respond to and resolve moderately complex inquiries as applicable.
  • Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.
  • Create and maintain an executive filing system, including process improvements and digitization.
  • Create, edit, and review high-level spreadsheets, contracts, communications and e-mail correspondences with professionalism and detail.
  • Attend all meetings, take notes, and keep CEO informed of all relevant information
Personal Assistant Skills
  • A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates in-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Assertive, capable of managing expectations with high degree of tact and professionalism
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, function independently and work as part of a team
-------- Social Media Duties (50% of role)
  • Create, edit, and review original media content for the CEO\xe2\x80\x99s personal and company brand
  • Maintain personal and multiple company Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin pages
  • Respond to direct messages and engage in comments from users
  • Work alongside graphic and marketing personal
  • Stay on relevant trends and respond to direct messages in a timely manner
  • Write PR articles with the assistance of the CEO
Social Media skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin platforms
  • Experience with social media analytics, including Facebook/Instagram (Meta Business Suite)
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Canva.
  • Reporting - pulling data from news releases and inputting into metric dashboards
  • Creating efficiencies through process and templating
  • Collaboration with our marketing department for creative assets or website assets where required
  • Experience with social media data and strategies, both organic and paid.
  • Keen analytical ability and proven experience in managing, analyzing and interpreting data from social media platforms.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint and Gdrive products.
  • Video (filming/editing) knowledge is a bonus
