Position Summary
International Premium Waters, is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our growing marketing team. Based in our corporate office in North York, the Social Media & Engagement Assistant Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, Perrier. In this role, the Marketing assistant\'s responsibilities will include, but not limited to, owning the day-to-day management of key PR and influencer/sampling activations, leading Social Media strategy, Comms project coordination, trend / competitive research, and ongoing tracking and reporting. This individual will also be responsible for budget management, among other administrative tasks. We are looking for a team player who has a passion for communication and relationship-building, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with experience collaborating cross-functionally, takes pride in being successful and is passionate about what is trending in culture. A day in the life of an Assistant Marketing Manager:

  • Collaborate and lead agencies on PR, social and sampling for IPW brands (with an angle on influencer marketing
  • Manage / drive cross-functional integration of owned projects, partnerships, Comm (Essentia focused), PR, sampling engagements from conception through execution (as assigned)
  • Ongoing social media monitoring, and maintaining program trackers and ensure its continually up-to-date
  • Partner with the Social Media team to leverage compelling influencer content on owned channels during culturally relevant moments, and work through required approvals (internal and external)
  • Measure, report, and analyze performance and impact of owned projects and programs (as assigned)
  • Collaborate with US team to Ideate and suggest new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer & Comms marketing program (Essentia focused) to ensure we\'re maximizing reach and value add opportunities that engage our fanbases
  • Responsible for being a knowledge leader in a rapidly growing and changing industry, being able to stay on top of culture, social, industry and competitor trends
  • Support ongoing water fulfilment process for events or partnerships, such as logistics, in partnership with the Office Coordinator
  • Day to day budget management
What will make you successful?
  • Minimum 2+ year of work experience in marketing, public relations/influencer marketing and/or social media preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required to manage a face paced, complex engagement programs and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project coordination and writing skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, multitask, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about consumer lifestyle brands and in touch with who or what are influencing and driving consumer trends
  • Some knowledge of the pop culture, sports, health & fitness and/or beverage category
  • Knowledge and experience across social media platforms, trends and measurement approaches as well as tools
  • Demonstrated communication skills with an ability to communicate well both upwardly and cross-functionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster teamwork, build confidence and support for one\'s ideas
  • A positive attitude, demonstrates sound judgment and is collaborative by nature
  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related-field preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience in working with premium or luxury brands is preferred
