Responsibilities

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to help us promote our offerings by identifying opportunities to drive meaningful communications. We need an energetic and intuitive marketer with a deep understanding of event planning, incentives, and partner communications. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who can think on their feet, juggle multiple tasks at the same time, project manage, and be willing to get involved with programs outside of their comfort zone when needed.

As the Marketing Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Events and Incentives, you will wear many hats. You will develop communication strategies, execution plans, and project manage partner events and dealer incentive programs. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be willing to take the lead on other initiatives within the business when needed. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with the creative team to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of your intended audience. You should be extremely organized, solution-oriented, creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our ideal candidate will have agency experience working with creatives, and a comprehensive knowledge of event planning. He/she will develop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and consulting on short-term and long-term department goals. Job Duties/Tasks

  • Identifying events for participation
  • Event planning, coordinating, and execution
  • Partner incentive planning and execution
  • Partner engagement and fulfillment
  • Effective communication with valuable partners
  • Assist in the onboarding of new partners
  • Plan, coordinate and execute internal engagement strategies
  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials
  • Manage warehoused SWAG and Collateral material used to support events and partners
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams timelines, deliverables, and expectations
  • Results reporting
  • Work with the creative team to produce new ideas for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Ensure brand messaging is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Tightly manage projects \xe2\x80\x93 schedule development, production, stakeholder approvals, setup, material storage
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
  • Hold regular meetings with program directors to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions.
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
