CBG's Headquarter is located in Burnaby and Richmond, BC, Canada, with 5 Service Centers in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen & Qingdao in mainland China and Los Angles in the US. We are also preparing for the grand opening of our Dubai Branch in the UAE. With 10-year expertise for overseas study & immigration, Canbridge is offering one-stop VIP comprehensive service for international students and perspective candidates including Student Visa, Work Visa & immigration Applications. Canbridge serves more than 10k+ international students and clients each year with our strong consulting and management team. We strive to treat our clients as people who--while not strictly speaking family or friends--are given the same level of concern and respect during their journey through the immigration process.

With the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to continuously increase our brand awareness and market influence.

Stay tuned on current market trends, hot topics, and updates on news and policies related to our business, especially in areas related to immigration (visas, study/work permits, PR applications, etc.) and domestic/international school admissions

Study and identify attractive topics that capture audience attention

Draft, proofread and publish content on social media platforms, especially on WeChat

Plan and implement layout or format of content

Work efficiently with the core idea of increasing brand awareness and market exposure

Collect and analyze related data to strategize and improve work procedures

Manage various social media accounts, respond to and direct audiences to appropriate person

Assist and collaborate with the team on marketing-related materials preparation and event-planning

Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned

Job Requirements

1. 3 years related experience in social media operation is preferred

2. College diploma in a related field is preferred

3. Priority will be given to candidates with previous or current experiences in operating social media accounts with over 10k followers

4. Familiar with operating major social media platforms in Chinese market (WeChat, Douyin, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

5. Sensitive to current market trends

6. Passionate about and knowledge in our industry and core services (school admission and immigration applications)

7. Excellent writing skills in Mandarin

8. Able to strictly meet deadlines and actively collaborate with the team

9. AI Tool Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience with popular AI tools and technologies to enhance work efficiency and productivity, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai for content generation.

Proficiency in using AI tools like Lumen5 or Synthesia for creating videos, and Canva or Adobe Spark for generating graphics is an Asset.

Familiarity with AI-powered software such as Grammarly for writing assistance, and Beautiful.ai or Design.ai for creating PowerPoint presentations.

Strong understanding of how to leverage AI to identify and implement cost-effective solutions within the department.

Ability to analyze existing workflows and suggest AI-driven improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Experience in optimizing operations using AI technologies to ensure the best possible performance and resource utilization.
