Are you highly organized, creative, and social media savvy? We're looking for a talented
Executive Assistant & Social Media Content Creator
to become the right-hand partner to our CEO and executive team.
This is not your typical executive assistant role -- we're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle high-level administrative tasks, and has a keen eye for creating engaging content across social platforms.
What You'll Do:
Provide daily executive support to the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Act as a gatekeeper, handling communications and prioritizing tasks to ensure the leadership team is operating efficiently.
Assist with drafting emails, internal communications, presentations, planning events and reports.
Capture and create high-quality photo and video content for social media channels.
Edit and produce visually appealing social media posts using mobile apps or desktop software.
Maintain and update social media profiles with engaging, on-brand content.
Help brainstorm and execute creative content ideas for brand growth and engagement.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
No experience needed
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Must be able to type fast & be a multitasker
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ideally: Experience creating social media content (images, videos, reels, stories) and editing using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or mobile apps.
Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and wearing multiple hats.
Ability to balance creative work with administrative responsibilities seamlessly.
High level of discretion and integrity handling confidential matters.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, company, or influencer.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
A keen interest in marketing, branding, or storytelling.
