Job Description

Western Renovations is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands content trends, knows how to tell a visual story, and is comfortable being on-site at renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

Visit job sites to capture video and photo content

Edit and produce high-quality short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

Develop engaging posts that highlight our renovation work and process

Grow our social media following and engagement through strategic content

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

Requirements:

Experience shooting and editing video content

Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms

Proficient with editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar)

Self-driven, organized, and reliable

Experience or interest in construction, interior design, or renovations is a plus

Goal: Build a consistent and engaging online presence that showcases our work and attracts new business from property developers and homeowners. To Apply:

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
