Triple Eight Transport is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist to join our team Full-Time!

You'll be working on-site in our main office in Abbotsford, BC, capturing the fun, energy, and great people in the office through photos, videos, and live content. You'll also be responsible for posting on our official Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media channels, boosting visibility, and engaging with our audience.

Responsibilities will Include:
Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to grow and retain online audiences across platforms (social media, email, website). Monthly maintenance of the company website. Create and manage content that encourages interaction, shares brand messaging, and drives engagement. Monitor and respond to online interactions, including comments, messages, and community discussions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Analyze engagement metrics and campaign performance to identify trends, measure success, and optimize future strategies. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to align digital engagement efforts with overall brand and campaign goals. Coordinate and support digital campaigns and promotions. Stay updated on digital trends and platform changes, proposing new tools and tactics to improve audience connection. Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital touchpoints. All other duties provided by Triple Eight Transport Inc.

Requirements:
Ability to work independently and manage full content creation workflow. Comfortable operating camera/phone equipment without assistance Strong communication and presentation skills Experience creating editing and creating social medias ads Knowledge of Social Media Analytics Available to work evenings and weekends when needed (event based) Self-motivated, creative and energetic * Graphic Design Skills for basic social media posts
