Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as loaders, salters, plows, or skid steers to clear local roads according to contract specifications. Utilize snow removal equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas. Remove snow and ice from roadways, sidewalks, and entryways. Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup. Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing strategies as necessary. Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance. Accurately document all work performed and materials used in our service app.

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating snow removal equipment is preferred. Knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety protocols. Ability to operate heavy machinery in challenging weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
