Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Skid Steer Operator

to join our team for the upcoming snow removal season. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating skid steers and other equipment safely and efficiently to clear snow from commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

Operate skid steer and related attachments for snow removal operations Load, move, and pile snow in designated areas safely and efficiently Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs Follow site-specific safety procedures and hazard controls Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet deadlines Maintain accurate logs of work completed and materials used on company app (Sitedocs) Ensure all work meets company and client standards for quality and safety

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of skid steer snow removal operating experience Valid Class 5 driver's licence with reliable transportation and 3 year clean drivers abstract CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and hazard recognition Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and during inclement weather Strong communication skills and attention to detail Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
