Snow Removal Operator

Duties:

-Safe and efficient operation of LOADER, SALTER, PLOW or SKIDSTEER to perform the clearing of local roads as per the contract requirements
- Operate snow removal equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Remove snow and ice from roadways, sidewalks, and entrances/exits
- Spread salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used in our servicing app.

Experience:
- Previous experience operating snow removal equipment preferred
- Knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate heavy machinery in adverse weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record mandatory
