We are seeking a dedicated and skilled sidewalk clearing crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal and related tasks. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including gardening and irrigation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient snow removal operations. Monitor weather conditions and communicate any changes that may impact operations. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment during winter conditions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operating snow blowers is preferred. Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. Previous experience in construction or similar fields is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
