Cornerstone Property Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking

Snow Removal Labourer / Crew Lead

to join our team for the upcoming winter season. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading or assisting with snow clearing operations on residential and commercial properties using company equipment and vehicles.

We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cold weather conditions who takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and sweepers Safely drive a company vehicle between job sites (must have valid license) Apply ice melt or sand where required Lead and coordinate with crew members to complete routes efficiently Perform light maintenance and ensure equipment is properly cared for Maintain communication with dispatch and management during shifts Work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during snow events

Requirements:

Valid

Class 5 driver's license

(clean abstract preferred) Reliable transportation to and from the shop Ability to work outdoors in all winter weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Leadership experience is an asset but not required Must be punctual and dependable
