Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled and dependable Snow Plow Operator to efficiently manage snow removal operations on commercial properties. This is a hands-on role operating machines to clear parking lots, drive lanes, and service areas. Work takes place overnight and early mornings during snow events, and all sites must be cleared before businesses open. This is a seasonal winter role with 40 guaranteed hours every two weeks.

Responsibilities

Operate tractor and snow removal equipment to clear designated areas Apply salt or de-icing materials as required Follow assigned routes and ensure all properties are cleared before opening hours, working efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet time-sensitive snow removal deadlines Communicate with management about progress, timing, and any issues on-site Use company software on smartphone to log time, track routes, and submit reports

Qualitifications

Machine operating experience, specifically snow plowing experience preferred Able to work on-call at all times of the day, depending on snowfall. Typically overnight and early mornings Reliable, punctual, and comfortable managing timing for commercial properties. Clean driving record Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time independently Able to use smartphone to log time, track jobs and submit reports using company's software

Pay: $25.00 per hour
