Job Overview


We are a

landscape maintenance company

serving

commercial properties

throughout the

Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

with year-round maintenance services.

We're currently hiring an

experienced Tractor Operator

with the ability to operate

snow plow trucks

for the upcoming

winter season

. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to help ensure safe and accessible environments throughout the winter months.

Responsibilities



Operate

tractors or snow plow trucks

to remove snow and ice from roads and parking lots Clear snow in a

timely and efficient

manner to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles Follow

designated routes and schedules

for snow removal and salting Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress Be available for

on-call shifts

, including

nights, weekends, and holidays

, depending on weather conditions (November 15th - April 15th)

Skills & Qualifications



Valid

G-class driver's license

with a

clean driving record

Proven

tractor operation experience

(

snow removal required

) Experience operating

snow plow trucks

(including

snow removal and salting

) Reliable, punctual, and

safety-minded

Ability to work in

challenging winter conditions

and handle long hours during snow events Must have

reliable transportation

to report to the company yard

What We Offer



$26.00 - $30.00/hour

(based on experience)

Standby pay

for on-call availability
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Experience:

Snow plowing: 3 years (required)
Language:

English (required)
Licence/Certification:

Class G Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
