Job Description

:

Snow & Mow Inc. is hiring a reliable and experienced Tractor Operator to assist with residential snow clearing services throughout the winter season. The successful candidate will operate a sub compact or compact tractor equipped with a front loader and rear snow blower to clear driveways, laneways, and residential properties in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Operate a tractor with loader and rear blower for residential snow clearing Clear driveways, parking areas, and access points according to company standards Perform pre trip equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Work during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required during snow events Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate with supervisors regarding route progress and site conditions

Requirements:

Previous experience operating tractors or similar equipment Reliable Transportation to our yard located in the east of St. John's Valid Class 5 driver's license Ability to work in winter conditions for extended periods Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable transportation to and from the yard Ability to work flexible hours during snow events

Assets (Not Required but Considered an Asset):

Experience in snow clearing or property maintenance Mechanical aptitude Previous residential route experience
