Bjorn's Snow

is looking for dependable, skilled tractor operators to join our Winnipeg snow team for the 2025-26 winter season. We run a professional fleet of

John Deere tractors with Inverted snow blowers and live GPS tracking

, serving high-density residential routes in Northeast Winnipeg.

If you take pride in doing a clean, consistent job and don't mind the quiet hours when most people are still sleeping -- this is the team you want to be on.

What You'll Do

Operate company tractors for residential snowblowing routes. Be

on-call whenever it snows

-- we dispatch based on forecast and trigger levels. Keep your assigned tractor clean, fueled, and inspection-ready. Report any property or equipment issues immediately. Represent Bjorn's professionally on-site and through GPS accountability.

What We Offer

Bi-monthly retainer pay

(paid $500 on the

1st and 15th

) to hold your seat for the season. Performance bonuses and leaderboard prizes based on customer feedback software Top-tier equipment with heated cabs, dedicated routing tablets, and LTE radios. Full training from experienced operators -- no guesswork. Seasonal contract:

November 1st to March 31st

What We Expect

Reliability -- when it snows, you show. Previous tractor or heavy equipment experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to get to/from our yard in Northeast Winnipeg. Respect for property, teammates, and the machines you run.

Schedule

On-call, including nights and weekends (weather-based). Average 2-4 shifts per week depending on snowfall.
