Job Description
Bruce Auto Group is looking for a Snow Plow Operator to keep their lots safe and clear for the winter months! This is a seasonal position that will require you to work on-call hours.
About the job:
As the Snow Plow Operator, you will be responsible for being on-call during snow storms and other weather to ensure our lots are kept clear, salted and safe for customers and employees coming into the dealerships and offices. You will be responsible for snow removal and salting for Middleton locations including Bruce GM, Bruce Ford, the Bruce Collision Centre and the Corporate Head Office. This is a contract position that is expected to run from December 2025 - April 2026, depending on weather.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating a plow truck, front end loader, or other heavy machinery Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently Ability to work irregular, on-call hours as needed
