We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining safe and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment used in snow removal and landscape maintenance.

Duties

Operate snow plow trucks and other equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and sidewalks. Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition. Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed. Assist in landscape maintenance activities during off-season, including gardening, horticulture, and irrigation tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient snow removal operations during winter storms. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery is

. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance work. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and maintain a flexible schedule during winter months. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
