Job Description
We are seeking experienced
Snow Plow Operators
to join our snow removal crew for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidate has prior experience operating snow plow trucks and is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to respond promptly during snow events.Responsibilities:
Safely operate snow plow trucks to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas. Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials as needed. Perform pre- and post-operation equipment checks. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. Adhere to all company and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
1-2 years of previous experience operating a snow plow is required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable transportation to and from work sites.Compensation:
