Job Description

Position Summary

As a Snow Plow Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment--including loaders,

skid steers, and agricultural tractors--to perform snow and ice removal on commercial properties. The

ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment operation and a commitment to safety and

quality work during all weather conditions.



Key Responsibilities


Operate snow removal equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and Ag tractors safely and
efficiently
Clear snow and manage ice on commercial and industrial sites according to contract
requirements
Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance before and after use Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors to ensure timely service delivery Maintain accurate logs and site completion reports Follow all company and provincial safety standards


Qualifications


Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment operation experience Proficient with front-end loaders and skid steers At least 1 year of snow removal or landscape construction experience Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Available for overnight, weekend, and on-call shifts during snow events
