Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at a hybrid supplement store and smoothie bar. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys helping others meet their fitness goals, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves both front-of-house smoothie preparation and supplement sales.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales:

Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product and smoothie recommendations based on their health goals and dietary needs. Educate customers on the benefits and usage of supplements, vitamins, protein powders, and health foods. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches.

Smoothie Bar Operations:

Prepare smoothies, shakes, and other beverages according to recipes and customer modifications. Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met in all preparation areas. Restock ingredients and maintain the cleanliness of the smoothie bar.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking inventory. Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Teamwork & Professionalism:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations. Attend training sessions and stay up to date with product knowledge and health trends. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences or product concerns.

Qualifications:

Previous retail, sales, or food service experience preferred. Knowledge of nutrition, supplements, or fitness is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Manual dexterity to prepare smoothies and handle products.

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
