Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate the POS system to process customer orders accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle food preparation tasks, including simple snacks and pastries
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently

Experience

- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with basic math for cash handling purposes
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed

Availability Flexibility Requirements

Mon-Fri: 9:00am-4:00pm

Sat-Sun: 9:00am-6:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
