Job Description

:

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our masonry crew. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, and other materials. Your duties will include:

Mixing mortar and assembling materials to build walls, arches, and other structures Cutting or shaping materials to fit specifications using hand tools and power tools Repairing and restoring damaged brickwork or masonry Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment Following safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a mason or masonry apprentice Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and techniques Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification from a vocational school or apprenticeship program Additional certifications in safety or specialized masonry techniques Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or scaffolding
