JCJ Residential Services is looking for a Service Crew Member to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone with a good knowledge of construction materials, basic tools (wage subsidy available), and a valid driver's license who can work independently on small projects and assist skilled technicians on larger jobs.

Your Role:

• Independently complete tasks such as painting, mudding, and small installations.
• Shop for parts and materials as needed.
• Assist skilled technicians on larger repair and renovation projects.
• Keep job sites organized and safe.
• Drive to job sites .

What You Bring:

• Valid driver's license .
• Basic tools (wage subsidy provided to help with costs).
• Good knowledge of construction materials and hands-on experience with repairs.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions when assisting technicians.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
