We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Experienced Landscaping Crew Member

to join our team. If you have a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail, this is an opportunity to be part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Execute landscape construction projects, including grading, paving stone installation, retaining walls, sod installation, planting, and more. Operate various landscaping equipment, such as skid steers, mini excavators, and compactors. Read and interpret project plans, ensuring work is completed to design specifications. Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Maintain a safe and clean job site. Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on-site.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of landscaping or construction experience

is required. Experience with paving stones, retaining walls, and grading is an asset. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
